I was pulling my hairs trying to get Medicare and medi-cal insurance information for my mom and getting nowhere. I looked up online and found Team Alvarez. I called and unlike the government offices someone answered the phone. I was not put on eternal hold and I don’t remember the girls name but when she told me she would have to call me back I was afraid another call going nowhere. But only 10 minutes later she called back with all the answers to my questions and help me enroll my mom in a better health plan than the one she was on.
