As the highest producing Medicare Insurance agent at Cornerstone America out of 4700 agents nationwide, and a winner of the prestigious Ring of Honor with a seat in the Million Dollar Producers Club, when it comes to insurance, Gus knows what works, and what doesn’t.
Adriana recently joined the team in September 2019. She worked in various positions from Sales Agent, Broker, and eventually moving into the Sales Operations side of the business. Adriana’s strengths are in business process developments and improvements with a strong background in CRM system and reporting. When she not working, she is training in Capoeira.
Patti is one of our busiest employees at Team Alvarez. She has worked in the Customer Service field for many years and is the handler of executive administration while at the same time serving as the office manager at Team Alvarez. As a licensed insurance agent, she is well qualified to assist beneficiaries with their Medicare needs as well.
Michelle has over 10 years of accounting experience. Having a degree in business administration she brings valuable assets to our team. During her free time, she enjoys traveling and she is currently teaching herself Portuguese.
Luz loves the satisfaction she gets from helping a senior to enroll into the right Medicare Advantage or Supplement plan. For the past 4 years, Luz has become one of the Senior Telesales Agents at Team Alvarez after transferring from the customer service department.
With 10+ years in the Media Production industry, Ismael specialized in identifying and troubleshooting photoshoots, video shoots,
corporate and concert events. He has been able to transition his artistic
creativity into the Salesforce Eco System. As a Salesforce professional he is
passionate about creating seamless business solutions.
Tra has an MBA background with 16 years working in the Telecommunication industry, her seasoned experiences in Call Center, Customer Services, Sales, Marketing, Data Analytics, Workflow Diagram. Tra is an expert in Excel, Advanced Excel formulas. She loves to work on data, making the process easier, faster, more accurate, productive. Tra strives to show the production and success of the business through numbers.

Experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the Healthcare, Digital Marketing, Technology, Telecommunications, and Translation/Localization industry. Skilled in Decision Making, Problem Solving, Conflict Resolution, Strategic Planning, and substantially Goal Oriented. Strong sales professional with a Bachelor’s degree focused in Business Administration and Management, General from Walden University, and an International Degree from Universidad del Valle de Mexico that concentrates in International Commerce.
Luis has worked in the health care industry for 7 years, exclusively in Medicare as a Customer Support Representative and Sales for 6 years. He is a licensed Life & Health Insurance agent and has helped to recruit dozens of agents to become a part of Team Alvarez Insurance Services.
With over 15+ years of Customer Service, Marci joins Team Alvarez with over 5 years of contracting experience in the Medicare Advantage field. Marci previously worked with Word and Brown as a broker service rep, assisting field agents in their contracting needs.
Priscilla has over 10 years of customer service in the collection/auto finance industry as a supervisor. Priscilla is passionate about helping people better their lives by making a positive impact. If you need any help with any of the carriers, give Priscilla a call and she will take care of you.
Josey likes to spend her free time with her kids and grand kids exploring new areas and traveling around the greater Southern California area looking for the next best beach or spot to eat.
Having previously worked for 5 years as a compliance specialist with a large staffing agency, Alexsondra brought her talents to us 3 years ago. She has found that moving from the human resources industry to handling complex Medicare compliance issues to be both challenging and rewarding.
Cesar joined the team in May of 2020. In his free time, Cesar likes to go to the gym and enjoys trying new types of food and restaurants.
Tong has over 25 years of experience in the fields of Information technology. Like outdoor activities, and love playing video games online. Like fixing things around the house and working on cars.
Tony Phan joined our team in October 2021 as Director of Information Technology, providing strategic oversight of companywide information technology activities. Tony brings over 25 years of experience in the field of Infrastructure, Networking, and Security. Before joining Team Alvarez, he served as the Infrastructure, Network, and Security Manager for Mirion Technologies, where he was instrumental in designing and implementing the IT Infrastructure.
A former wedding and event photographer, Val has been a licensed insurance agent intermittently since 1999 and has been a telesales agent with Team Alvarez since 2015. As a Medicare beneficiary himself, he is especially motivated in assisting people with their healthcare choices.
Jose has 3 years experience of in helping seniors understand their healthcare needs and takes pleasure in being able to help people in any way he can, be it an agent or a client.
Gina has 25 years of excellent customer service and sales experience. She currently works in the enrollments department meticulously reviewing every single application sent through Team Alvarez. Applications do not make it to the health plans without Gina’s seal of approval.
